We typically direct sow our Sunflower Seeds in May, with a view to opening up our Sunflower Plot for picking in August.

(2025 Dates were 16th, 23rd & 30th August, 10am to 11am)

We hope to be able to offer more than 3 dates in 2026, but it all depends on the weather.

Please bring your our scissors and maybe a bucket to transport them home in if don't live close by or have brunch plans.

Please arrive by 10am to make the most of your allocated 1 hour PYO experience.

More Sunflower stems can be bought on day for £1/stem. Cash preferred. Bank transfer link possible.

Come RAIN or SHINE our Picking Events will go on.

In the event of ‘adverse’ weather conditions, Eg a Thunderstorm, we may have to cancel this event, but we will decide the evening before the event.
