What is tree tagging?
Christmas Tree Tagging is for those of you who love to be organised and tick off the Christmas list early.
Come along to the farm, wander through the trees, and choose your favourite straight from the field. Once you’ve picked the one, we’ll tag it with your name so it stays reserved just for you until it’s time for Christmas – keeping it as fresh as possible.
A few days before your chosen collection or delivery date, we’ll cut your tagged tree down and have it ready for you to enjoy in your home.
It’s a stress-free way to secure your perfect Christmas tree ahead of the rush, knowing it’ll be waiting just for you.
HOW do i book a tree tagging ticket?
Use our convenient booking tool to secure a ticket for tagging your 2025 Christmas Tree(s). One ticket covers all the trees you want to tag, as well as everyone who will be with you. To help us manage space efficiently, please book just one ticket per car. The booking link will be available here as soon as tickets are ready to be purchased.
how DOES THE TIME SLOT SYSTEM WORK?
When you book a ticket, please be sure to select your preferred arrival time. This simple step helps us effectively manage the number of visitors attending during each specific time slot, which in turn ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone who comes to visit.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend arriving a little before your booked time slot to allow yourself plenty of time to settle in and fully enjoy your visit with us.
Please note: If you have booked a 3pm ticket, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:30pm. It’s really important to be here within this time frame, as we close at 4pm. This earlier closing time is due to the daylight hours shortening in November, so arriving on time helps us ensure you have the best experience possible. Thank you for your understanding.
I CAN’t MAKE THE DATE/Time I BOOKED, CAN MY TICKET BE MODIFIED?
Yes, absolutely. Our booking system is designed to allow you to easily cancel your ticket if your plans change. We really appreciate it when people take the time to cancel their booking rather than simply not turning up, as this helps us manage availability more efficiently.
If you do need to cancel your booking, please try to do so at least within 48 hours of your original booking date. This gives us a chance to release your ticket for someone else to book and enjoy the experience. Thank you for being considerate and helping us keep things running smoothly!
HOW DO I GO ABOUT FINDING MY PERFECT TREE?
Our friendly ‘Tree Greeter’ will be there to assist you right at the beginning of your tree-finding adventure. It comes as a handy pole featuring height markers, allowing you to easily measure the height of your chosen tree. Just a gentle reminder… please don’t forget to also take into consideration the width of the tree to ensure it fits perfectly in your space.
I’VE FOUND MY PERFECT TREE, WHAT DO I DO NEXT ?
Grab the attention of one of our friendly ‘Tree Taggers’ to have your chosen tree tagged with a uniquely numbered tree tag that also includes your Initial & Surname. Our helpful tree taggers will carefully record all the necessary information we need to complete your purchase, ensuring everything is accurate. This information also helps us easily locate your tree as your collection or delivery date approaches, making the process smooth and stress-free for you.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY TAGGED TREE?
You pay for your tagged tree on the very same day we tag it for you. Once you've agreed on the tree you want and it's been tagged, it officially becomes yours to take home. Payment can be made conveniently by cash or card*,* depending on what suits you best.
We do rely on our WIFI for card payments, so assuming the WIFI is working smoothly, you should have no problems. However, if for any reason our WIFI isn’t working, don’t worry—there is a Post Office located right opposite our farm where you can easily withdraw cash if needed.
WHEN DO I AGREE WHEN TO COLLECT MY TREE?
You agree on the date and time to collect your tree when you pay for it.
You can pick up your tree five days a week, except on Mondays and Tuesdays when we are closed.
On Wednesdays, collection is available from 10am to 12 noon.
On Thursdays and Fridays, you can collect your tree between 10.30am and 12.30pm.
During the weekends, collection times are extended from 10am to 3pm. Please note that these times are subject to change depending on weather or other circumstances.
WHEN DO I AGREE WHEN TO HAVE MY TREE DELIVERED?
You agree on the delivery date for your tree when you make your payment.
We deliver standard-sized Christmas trees, ranging from 3ft to 8ft, during two dedicated delivery periods: one at the end of November and another at the beginning of December.
We assign specific locations to particular days within these weeks to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
If you require a delivery date outside of these scheduled times, it may be possible, but only if our delivery team is available.
